According to the integrated computer network for movie tickets, Hitman 2 has mobilized 2,034,000 viewers, reaching the 2 million mark in just five days after surpassing 1 million. As the first 2025 film to surpass the 2 million viewer milestone, Hitman 2 continues to gain traction among moviegoers. The film is a comic action movie centered around Kwon Sang-woo’s character, Jun, a once-renowned blockbuster writer who finds himself unexpectedly labeled a ‘brainless writer.’ Amidst this fall from grace, he becomes entangled in a terrorist attack that mimics his latest webtoon, leading to a gripping and comedic chain of events.
With its strong momentum at the box office, Hitman 2 is expected to continue attracting large audiences, solidifying its position as one of the standout films of 2025.
