Raizo Kurima, a guy who was deceived by someone he trusted, is at the focus of the “dark hero action” anime.
He is now a hitman for the group Revenger, which seeks vengeance on behalf of those with no power.
He works at the “Ribenjiya” store, which appears to be a general store while concealing the Revenger organization beneath the surface.
His coworkers include a physician with destructive tendencies, a handsome androgynous young guy who is both cruel and innocent, a gambler who enjoys both money and booze, and an astute lacquer maker.
Working together, the five men begin to form an odd bond.

The original piece is credited to Ribenjiya. The show’s planning is credited to Shochiku, Ajia-do, and Nitroplus.
The anime is directed by Masaya Fujimori. The original narrative was written by Nitroplus’ Gen Urobuchi, who is also in charge of series scripts.
Urobuchi is also working on the scripts with Nitroplus’ Renji ki. Jiro Suzuki and Yichi developed the characters, which are being animated by Yuji Hosogoe.
Along with Yuki Nishioka and Emiko Endo, Hosogoe is the principal animation director. The music is being composed by Jun Futamata.
In addition, the art director is Hotaka Okamoto, the color designer is Naomi Nakano, the director of photography is Teppei Sat, and the sound director is Akiko Fujita.
The show’s closing theme song, “un mute,” is performed by Maaya Sakamoto.
The show will debut on January 5th. Except for Asia, Crunchyroll will stream the anime worldwide.
