After parting ways with former manager Nuno Espirito Santo earlier this season, Tottenham hired Antonio Conte. Despite Spurs’ improving results, Conte has spoken about his team’s need for winter recruitment on several occasions.

Tottenham have failed to make a new signing with only 18 days till the current window closes. The north London club is likewise struggling for consistency, with their most recent setback being a Carabao Cup exit.

Conte spoke on Tottenham’s present personnel issue in a late December interview.
