Zlatan Ibrahimovic has handed Milan a timely boost by returning to training today.
The 38-year-old has been nursing a calf injury for the past month, but he was seen training normally with his teammates on Friday.
However, Ibrahimovic is unlikely to make an appearance against Roma on Sunday, having only just recovered from his setback.
The big Swede was pictured in full training with the rest of his teammates and his return will come as a welcome boost for Stefano Pioli.
The 38-year-old was hoping to return in time to face Juventus and he appeared to has done just that.
Milan face Juventus on the 7th of July and Ibrahimovic is expected to have attained full fitness by then and would be well in contention to start against the Bianconeri.
The Rossoneri would further be boosted with news of the 38-year-old signing a contract extension that would see him complete the season with the club beyond June 30.
