Sold Out On You has officially wrapped up its run, bringing an emotional ending to the healing romance starring Ahn Hyo-Seop and Chae Won-Bin.
The SBS and Netflix K-drama aired its finale on May 28, closing the story with themes of forgiveness, healing, and personal growth.
The series, which premiered on April 22, enjoyed a modest rise in viewership toward its conclusion. According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode recorded an average nationwide rating of 2.7 percent, ending its run on a steady note.

While ratings fluctuated throughout the drama’s broadcast, viewers continued to praise its comforting atmosphere, emotional storytelling, and slow-burn romance.
Sold Out On You follows the story of Matthew Lee, played by Ahn Hyo-Seop, a cosmetic scientist living in the countryside under a false identity, and Dam Ye-jin, portrayed by Chae Won-Bin, a successful home-shopping presenter battling severe exhaustion and insomnia.
Their worlds collide after Ye-jin travels to the countryside to finalise a cosmetics business deal, only to become entangled in Matthew’s quiet life and mushroom farm.
Beyond its romantic storyline, the drama also explored corporate corruption tied to dangerous skincare products and hidden betrayals.

Throughout the series, Matthew remained haunted by a scandal connected to the “Good Morning Cream” controversy that had destroyed his life years earlier.
In the finale, viewers finally learned that Chang-ho was the mastermind behind the scandal, motivated by jealousy after Matthew was chosen for a major cosmetics project. Justice eventually catches up as evidence surfaces and the truth is exposed.
The emotional centre of the finale focused heavily on Ye-jin’s healing journey. After years of emotional wounds and resentment, she reconciles with both her mother and father, confronting long-held trauma.

One of the drama’s symbolic moments comes when Ye-jin throws away her sleeping pills, representing her gradual emotional recovery and newfound peace.
Matthew and Ye-jin’s relationship also receives a heartfelt conclusion. Rather than dramatic declarations, the series opts for quiet intimacy, showing the pair finding comfort and emotional safety in one another.
In one touching moment, Matthew reveals he realised his feelings for Ye-jin when he began worrying about whether she was sleeping well.
The drama closes with a peaceful final scene of the couple resting side by side, reinforcing the show’s central message about healing through love and understanding.
With its blend of romance, healing, workplace drama, and countryside charm, Sold Out On You leaves behind a story that resonated with viewers looking for emotional warmth and meaningful character growth.
