Choo Young Woo, who plays Yang Jae Won, an elite doctor who joins Baek Kang Hyuk’s trauma team, spoke about the profound impact of his role. “Saving lives is such a noble act,” he shared. “Even though I only experienced it indirectly, I approached each moment with sincerity.”

He also credited Ju Ji Hoon for guiding him through the process, saying, “Ju Ji Hoon constantly monitored and guided me, helping me shape the character based on the webtoon.” Choo Young Woo’s portrayal of Yang Jae Won’s growth—from a cautious doctor to a confident trauma surgeon—is one of the series’ most compelling arcs.

Ha Young’s Dynamic Role as Nurse Cheon Jang Mi
