Real Madrid’s Achraf Hakimi could be on his way to join Inter Milan permanently this summer, according to reports.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund, but his two-year arrangement is coming to an end.
Real Madrid sent Hakimi on loan with the hopes of him returning as a starter in Spain but it would appear his future lies somewhere else.
The Spaniard has been linked to a number of sides including PSG and Juventus. Following his brilliant performances for Dortmund, it was not surprising they wanted to sign him on a permanent deal as well.
Hakimi has once again impressed for the German side this term, scoring five goals and supplying 10 assists in the Bundesliga.
Reliable Fabrizio Romano posted this afternoon that Inter are in advanced talks to sign the 21-year-old permanently. The fee is within the range of €40m.

Further reports claim Hakimi has already given Inter the green light and has also registered his interest in joining the Serie A outfit.
He particularly caught the eye during Dortmund’s Champions League group games against Inter before the turn of the year.
