Shin Ha Kyun first stills for the kdrama Evillive have been released.
“Evilive” also known as Biography of a Villain is a crime noir drama about a lawyer who meets an absolute villain and transforms into an elite villain. Shin Ha Kyun, Kim Young Kwang and Shin Jae Ha will star in the lead roles.
Shin Ha Kyun plays the role of Han Dong Soo, a lawyer who makes a living representing criminals. He randomly picks a prisoner and visits them to take on their cases, but when he meets Se Do Young, his darker desires are woken up.
The released stills show the emotional transformation of Han Dong Soo, who has been working hard as a lawyer for a living, as he gets caught up in a case.
Inside the detention centre, Han Dong Soo is dealing with an inmate with a smile on his face. He is neither an office manager nor a member of a big law firm, but is working on his feet to earn money.
The following stills show a fearful and anxious Han Dong Soo, suggesting that his life has changed. Raising viewers’ curiosity as they can’t help but wonder what dangerous events he’ll encounter, and how this will lead him to become an evil man.
In the teasers and posters for Han Dong Soo’s character that were released earlier, Shin Ha Kyun captured Han Dong Soo’s character on the edge of good and evil in an intense way.
“Feel it once. Feel what it’s like to be beaten, feel what it’s like to be stepped on.” The line made us wonder how Shin would portray the dramatic birth of a villain, not just any villain.
