Park Ji-hoon is reportedly in talks to join the upcoming tvN drama Promoter, directed by Lee Jong-suk (The Negotiation, Forbidden Fairytale), which revolves around a hardworking, prodigious boxer.
Park Ji-hoon continues to stand out as one of South Korea’s most versatile young stars, balancing a successful music career with an impressive run in television dramas. First introduced to the public as the breakout second-place finalist on Produce 101 Season 2, he quickly rose to national stardom as a member of Wanna One before shifting into a steady solo trajectory. His albums and EPs, including O’Clock and Message, have reinforced his position as a confident and charismatic performer with a loyal fanbase.
Long before his idol years, Park Ji-hoon built his foundation as a child actor, appearing in musicals, commercials, and early drama roles. That experience shows in his more recent work, where he has earned critical praise for roles in Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency, Love Revolution, At a Distance, Spring Is Green, and the acclaimed action-youth series Weak Hero Class 1.
