Manchester City dropped points for the first time since January as Jesus’ late goal was ruled out by VAR.
The Premier League champions broke the deadlock at 20th minute as Raheem Sterling headed a delicious cross from De Bruyne.
City were not infront for long as Spurs drew level just a few minutes later.
Eric Lamela’s left footed strike from long-range beat Ederson who was poorly positioned.
But City restored their lead ten minutes before half-time as another cross from De Bruyne found Aguero who scored from close range.

City were in total control of the game and could have scored more.
Kevin de Bruyne was causing all sorts of trouble for Spurs, as he set up Gundogan in the box but his effort went just wide.
City had more chances to extend their lead in the second half with Bernardo Silva, Zinchenko and De Bruyne all came close.
But it was Spurs who tied the game.
Lucas Moura who came on just 15 seconds before put the ball in the back of the net with his head from a corner.

Aguero was subbed off soon after for Jesus by Guardiola. But the Argentine looked quite livid coming off as he and Pep were seen having an argument.
Arteta had to come over to ease the tension between the pair.
City pushed on for a winner and they thought they had it when Jesus fired past Lloris in the last minute.
But VAR intervened again in a match between Spurs and City as Jesus’ goal was ruled out due to a handball by Laporte in the build up .
In last years Champions League quarterfinals, Raheem Sterling thought he scored the winner, but it was ruled out by VAR for offside.
And now it’s happened again to City that too against Spurs.
